For all the book lovers, here is a complation of best books not to be missed upon. (Some of them are noble prize winners for literature)
1)SAUL BELLOW -The Adventures of Augie March
2) MARGARET ATWOOD-The Handmaid's Tale , The Blind Assassin
3)GUNTER GRASS -The Tin Drum
4) GABRIEL GARCIA MARQUEZ -100 Years of Solitude , Innocent Erendira , Other Stories (1979)
5) DORIS LESSING -The Golden Notebook
6)IAN MCEWAN -Amsterdam (1998), Saturday, Enduring Love

8) Philips Roth- HUman Stain
9) JOHN UPDIKE -Rabbit, Run (1960), Rabbit Redux (1971), Rabbit is Rich (1981), Rabbit At Rest (1990).
(These novels are all you need to experience John Hoyer Updike -- American novelist, poet, short story writer. They follow the life and times of star athlete Harry 'Rabbit' Angstrom, from youth to his final decline. )
Thats all for now. I hope to find atleast few of these evergreen classics that have left an indelible impression as pioneering literary works.
