Sailing High

As Saturday drew close, I could not hide my happiness on going back to Mumbai, to IIT. People could gauge it in my smile, in the eyes. ..In the whiff of excitement that enveloped me..I was ofcourse very happy..
had never missed IIT, friends so badly. In four years, I have forgotten to leave alone. This pained me so much. Cutting short my agonizing experieneces, as I was in local train to Kanjur Marg, I happened to be join with this guy Amit from my batch.graduating this year and joining IIM-A. He was in some conversation with his Dad and some of is comments drew my attention to them. right or not, I decided to overhear him for a while. He seemed to be frustrated with IIT. "never want to come back here again" I was surprised, partly amused. well I was oveflowing with entirely opposite feelings at the same time. What was so different that we looked from exactly opposite faces?

Later on he explained me the Chem XX episode and the related re-exam which the IIT is not ready to prepone by just four days..doing the worse for this chap...the place which he had joined to shape his carreer is now almost redy to take it all from him.

what a strange episode..what an ironical situation. well it's a no-win situation for either IIT or this chap. I hope the things turn out more better for the fellow and his dreams are not killed by whimsical insane decisions of strange few.

Four days..lets not be hypocrites..whats the use of rules which cannot manage be humane.
